Also, I find it hard to believe the "Vicker's Suite" is on the Prometheus.  Who the hell puts a chandelier (or whatever that is over the couch) in a heavy exploration/prospecting vessel?

The suite looks like it might be part of her office's back on Earth.

They have wire-suspended flourescent lights on the ship and even the lifeboat.

What does that have to do with the chandelier in Vicker's suite?

Firefox on Windows 7 isn't responding either.  Verizon's servers are probably straining right now.

Like terra said servers are probably overloading right now.  They may not have expected the large influx of traffic.

I thought you were going on a health and safety aspect. It does not matter anyway, her suite is on the Prometheus so it's not worth discussing.

If you don't want to discuss it that's your business - don't respond.  However, I do.

It may in fact be on the ship.  My point was that a room like this on a ship like that does not seem reasonable.  From what we can see, this room can seat half that crew - and that's only the part we can see.

LOL, where's your sense of humour. The suite is on the ship, the evidence is right there (just above the chandelier actually).

It sounds like the "Verizon Home Monitoring System" is necessary to "follow the crew of the Prometheus". Costs $9.95 a month it looks like, unless there is some kind of trial version.

Great galaxy! Guys, the suite is on the ship. The ceiling windows are the same as in the mess hall. And of course she's got a bigger room… she's a company suit! And of course she would make it a bit more comfortable. Who wouldn't?

The ceiling pattern matches that of the Mess Hall. Size is about the same too, her suite is on the ship.

There are actually two 'V's listed.  One is next to the room labeled 'X'.  The other is a circular room at the back of the ship.  It would seem strange to label a room on blue prints with the initial of occupant, but maybe.  Another possibility is the 'V' stands for visitor.  This could be a room used for important guests.  The 'X' on the other room could be the captain's cabin.  It would make sense for them to be together.  However, this doesn't explain the 'V' on the circular room.

I was thinking X for executive officer, i.e., the captain.
